Amy is the creator of “Superstitious”, a bi-weekly podcast that explores magic and the supernatural in the things we cannot see and cannot understand.
After transferring from Indiana University East and Catawba College, she received her BA in English from Ashford University. She then attended Queens University of Charlotte where she worked as an editor for QU literary magazine. She graduated from Queens with an MFA in creative writing, with a double concentration in fiction and writing for stage and screen.
Amy currently teaches English courses at Rowan Cabarrus Community College and Forsyth Technical Community College.
She lives in North Carolina with her two children, boyfriend, and two cats.
